We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or used after delivery will not be accepted.
Sale items, clearance products, gift cards, customized products, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product sent by us.
